Before there was YaddStyle819, there was a young boy growing up in St. Ann’s and Portland, Jamaica surrounded by food, family, culture, and community. The roadside cook shops, Jerk chicken smoke drifting through the air, weekend gatherings with friends, and recipes passed down through generations helped shape Chef Trivian’s love for food.
Now in North Carolina, Chef Trivian brings that same authentic energy to every plate.
